This 4ft x 4ft Snug Wooden Playhouse has been designed to provide the perfect place for children to enjoy hours of safe fun. This wooden playhouse is one of our most popular and has been awarded the EN71 Safety Certificate due to its design and safety features. Safety features include; planed and rounded timbers to reduce the risk of splinters, gaps around the door prevent children’s fingers from getting trapped and 100% shatterproof styrene windows provide a safer alternative to traditional glass.

The quaint Georgian style windows are pre-fitted for safety during construction and feature sash framing to ensure the styrene remains firmly in place. The small footprint and petite sizing of this playhouse make it the perfect adventure for smaller children. The walls of this wendy house have been constructed using high quality interlocking shiplap tongue and groove cladding for a robust and durable build. The interlocking design prevents water ingress and creates a rigid structure. The roof and floor are made from quality solid sheet board material, constructed of several layers of compacted orientated strands.

Robust roofing felt, fixtures and fittings are all supplied as standard, alongside our detailed instructions and manufacturer’s recommendations to ensure a simple, stress free assembly process. This kid’s outdoor wendy house is supplied unpainted, allowing for personal customisation to suit any theme desired.

All of our playhouses come with an Anti-rot guarantee, to ensure it looks great and lasts the test of time, this playhouse in particular comes with a conditional 10 year Anti-rot guarantee as well as a 12 month manufacturer’s warranty.
