Love it. The only thing that I am disappointed with is the back rest could of been a bit higher.

The swing was a bit of a pain to assemble and some of the screws weren’t quite long enough but got there in the end! We love the swing and will be getting loads of use out of it over the summer months - so comfy and easily fits two people. Great purchase overall!

This seat is lovely and comfortable. The only reason I knocked a * off is because the bolts to attach the frame to the legs are too short....had to buy replacements (M8 x 100mm bolts). GardenArch provide exceptionally fast delivery - less than 48 hours - and the quality of service was excellent. Would highly recommend this company and I will be ordering from again.

I was happy with the price, build instructions are a single A4, on one side a list of parts that should be in the box and on the other 6 images to indicate in which order to build it, I can see why people would have trouble building it.I have the same problem as others were you cannot connect the canopy, the reason I found for this is the 4 pieces of tubular metal that form the frame for the canopy, 1 piece is too long causing the connection points to the main frame to be too wide to make contact, my first solution to this was not to complete the circuit at one joint on the peice that was too long, so now I have overlapping pipe but it does allow the canopy to connect to the frame properly. In the future I am considering using a pipe cutter to shorten the offending piece.In the description here it says max load of 150kg,I found this to be perfect as I am 6ft8" and rather heavy compared to average, so I thought it was perfect for me and the dogs but I just notice on the unit itself it says the max load is 125kg which is skin of the teeth area for me and the dogs. Though I do wonder if the chains are what dictates the max load and if so might get stronger chains and replace them.Also the powder coating comes off way, way too easily, so keep that in mind as you may need to do a few touch ups to prolong the lifespan on the product.At the end of the day me and dogs love this product and as of this moment have no intentions of returning it. So it gets an average of 4 stars.

I love this swing.It comes very well packaged, instructions are easy to follow, everything is lettered, the screws are in individual packets and lettered which is fantastic.I am disabled and live alone, i managed to put this together by myself in just over 2 hours.Mine was bright lime green and it looks fantastic in my garden. Im quite heavy at 120kg and yet i feel really supported in this chair. I have been sitting and reading in it every day since i had it, I've even fell asleep in it a few times. The canopy is great, you slide 2 bars through the canopy at the front and back and then it attaches with velcro at the ends. You then attach it to the swing with little dials that allow you to alter the angle to keep you shielded from the sun.The only thing i would say is that i would have loved it to have come with a matching waterproof cover because the size is a nightmare and i bought 5 covers before i found one that would fit it.Solid 5 stars
