We purchased two sets of these chairs so four in total..they were delivered well with good communication of the whereabouts of the driver..box was slightly damaged only due to transportation. Once opened the chairs were already assembled so only had to open them out..I sat in each one & reclined them several times all in good working order on closer inspection one chair arm had some bubbling in the plastic..but overall great the seat pads are wide as I am on the larger side and I feel safe in the chairs..regarding the chair that had a slight default I emailed the company & sent a photo they were quick to get back to me and offered a partial refund of £20..this was fine as we are still able to use the chair..excellent prompt customer service for my first order would not hesitate to order again.

Having never heard of this company before I wasn’t sure what to expect. I shouldn’t have worried, my chairs arrived in the timeframe quoted. The box had a few holes in it but the chairs are heavy and we’re not damaged. The delivery driver was professional and helpful. I’m very impressive with the chairs especially for the price I paid. I’m planning to place more orders in the future. Thank you GardenArch for selling affordable items.
