Arrived very quickly just as advised, driver very helpful. Brought the packages right to the garden. Yes like other reviews, some of the holes did not align but no problem. Looks great very pleased would recommend, now just want a fire pit dining table.

The pvc rattan is thick and very sturdy on the powder coated alloy frames. Both sofa and armchairs came ready assembled. The table with 12 screws and the Allen key took 15 minutes to assemble, The glass top is tempered and all edges rounded smooth. My 80yr old mother is very impressed. The cushion fabric feels quality and should be hard wearing and make the seats very comfy. After looking in our local garden centre at a similar set we've saved £500 by buying via the easy to navigate app which offered a 15% discount. Excellent all round service from GardenArch. From start to finish the customer service fro GardenArch has been amazing. I placed my order , was told the delivery date which was only about five days and this was just before the bank holiday.. spot on the driver rang to say he was on his way. The only problem I had was , I live in the middle of nowhere and the vehicle was too big but rather than disappoint me the driver took the goods to my daughters which was more accessible. The quality of my beautiful sofa chairs and table is amazing. I am so pleased. I would recommend this and my neighbours are already in the process of making a purchase. This is just one of the chairs .

not top quality, but for the price... reasonable. noticed a few of the rattan straps weren't fully fixed and other manufacturers were double skinned... but at twice to price. perfectly adequate for garden furniture.
