Customer Service was Fantastic

Bought this to replace last one that got damaged during the last storm. Unfortunately after putting it together I discovered the zip on the door was broken. After some discussion about the usefulness of a greenhouse with a broken door they agreed to replace it for me. Now just need the weather to improve again to inish the job off. Nice size Greenhouse, only needed help to put the tent part on as I'm only 5'2" but the rest was nice and easy. Unlike my last one ALL the holes lined up too.

Needs more struts to strengthen structure only two supplied

So far so good had a couple of really windy nights and has stood up to a bit of a battering. That said we did add a few more extra struts to the frame as only 2 supplied for alternate sides and none for the back supplying those by the manufacturer would make the polytunnel a much stronger structure, guide ropes a good idea but better tied to a fence post etc where possible as tend to come out of the ground if windy. Make sure you dig the bottom flaps into a trench around the polytunnel and firmly back fill we' ve also added some barge boards for extra weight.Just a few tweaks to strengthen the whole thing and a good product, however its only been up for a few weeks so time will tell.
