so beautiful

Very difficult to assemble the roof

Nice looking gazebo what we wanted but roof very difficult maybe they need to put flat guides on the roof supports to help slide in easily.

Out sunny 6pcs Rattan dining set

I ordered this furniture on Sunday after being very let down by another company and was tongue in cheek to be honest. But it arrived in perfect condition on Wednesday very fast delivery lovely furniture. Excellent service well done .

Has a manufacturing fault

Needed this for a long awaited family party, everywhere else was out of stock….Relatively easy to assemble, really awkward area is the back rest as you can’t get a good angle to tighten the screws. The table was the easiest however one screw won’t tighten, I complained and was asked for a video of the issue but you need a computer or laptop to do that (which I don’t have) The sofa on the one side has a gap which is a manufacturing fault as you can’t go wrong, the screw holes are where they are. Complained again (you have to wait 24 hours before they reply, phone lines are chaotic) and was offered money off which was minute considering. Furniture quality is gorgeous and seat pads are luxurious, but when you’re spending so much money you need everything perfect. I don’t normally write reviews but felt I had to this time. On a positive note I’ll get the table leg repaired, nothing I can do about the sofa, it can be covered with the cushions and i will enjoy.
