After previously deducting stars for missing hooks and failure to answer messages, I am happy to report customer services contacted me, they were very helpful and although unable to supply the missing hooks, they gave me a generous refund to enable me to source the hooks myself, which I have been able to do. Very happy 😊

My dad and I put this together in about 5ish hours with a few breaks in there. It came well packaged and had decent instructions. Nothing was damaged and we got all the parts. The hardest part was inserting the metal roof pieces into the frame. Had a few pieces in the roofing that looked slightly bowed after we stood back and looked at and we dont really have a way to fix it, but overall were very pleased with it. Tip: put the model number into youtube, and you can watch how to put it together

OK I read quite a few reviews on this product before purchasing. The frame goes up fairly simple if you follow the instructions. Parts were labeled great! But once you get to the roof, it becomes tricky! It definitely takes some patience and TWO people!! You can put the frame up by yourself! I did it in a walking boot! But you will definitely double your work time, maybe even triple trying to do the roof by yourself. Overall it came out exactly as pictured online!
