the ratchet allen key was a good tool

Easy to assemble looks ok value for money well packaged only thing to make it perfect would be clips to hold the chairs together but the allen key was a nice thing

very happy with the end result, but this took a lot longer to build than I had expected, i'd say about 4 or 5 hours for me.(take some time at the start to find the allen key 'ratchet' thing...i'd not seen one before, but this makes all the difference in terms of making the build process a lot easier!)it is comfortable though, and looks really well.not a complaint about the product, just something we didn't quite take in to consideration...the larger cushions, whilst making things more comfortable, also takes up a healthy amount of storage when not being used...just something to take in to consideration if you are thinking about purchasing!

Well worth it and a decent price compared to similar sets

Purchased direct from Outsunny/GardenArchAll good. Really good. Very pleased with the purchase. Solid construction. Fairly easy to put together with tools provided. The set is quite low but not awkwardly so. Easy to slink down when relaxing ! Possibly issue if you are tall. But doesn't impose on smaller garden. Some things to point out:--The individual chairs aren't fastened to each other - useful as the set can be switched quite easily from having the corner on left of right.--The bolts used to fit the pieces together are very soft metal. Very easy to mash the heads if using powered screwdrivers. Came with a very nice allen key ratchet wrench which unfortunately broke half way through. Was looking to re-use it ! The bolts really could have been done with being harder metal. I am sure they will last holding the units together but will not survive the units being taken apart and put together many times.--The cushion covers are a very light grey/blue. Not as vibrant as pictures show. Up close they look slightly patchy, faded. Not a showstopper but can live with it. With the price this goes for compared to other retailers and sets I may consider replacing the cushions/covers.--The table tops are the glass panels themselves. The panels are suspended by number of points around the edge of each panel. It is thick (5mm ?) tempered glass, but with no actual surface to the table top, if the panel breaks the table is redundant until the glass is replaced.--The cushions simply sit on the furniture - aren't held in place. Not much of an issue for the chairs, but can get annoying on the stools. Needed to invest in some velcro to hold them down.
